3. Host Responsibilities
3.1. Hosts must comply with all applicable fair housing and antidiscrimination laws.
3.2. Hosts may not decline a guest based on any protected characteristic.
3.3. Hosts must provide reasonable accommodations for guests with disabilities when requested.
3.4. Hosts may not impose different terms or conditions on guests based on protected characteristics.
3.5. Hosts should use objective criteria when setting house rules and applying them consistently to all guests.
4. Guest Responsibilities
4.1. Guests must treat hosts, their properties, and other guests with respect, regardless of their personal characteristics.
4.2. Guests may not discriminate against hosts or other guests based on protected characteristics.
4.3. Guests should report any discriminatory behavior they experience or witness on the platform.
5. Listing and Booking Practices
5.1. Outrnr prohibits the use of discriminatory language or preferences in listings.
5.2. Photos of listings should focus on the property, not on the personal characteristics of the host or other individuals.
5.3. Instant Book is encouraged as it helps reduce the potential for bias in the booking process.
5.4. Outrnr may hide guest profile photos from hosts before a booking is confirmed to help prevent bias.
6. Accessibility
6.1. Hosts are encouraged to provide accurate information about the accessibility features of their properties.
6.2. Outrnr is committed to making our platform as accessible as possible for users with disabilities.
6.3. We continuously work to improve the accessibility of our website and mobile applications.
7. Enforcement
7.1. Outrnr takes reports of discrimination seriously and will investigate all complaints thoroughly.
7.2. Users found to be in violation of this policy may face consequences including, but not limited to:
- Warnings
- Temporary suspension of account
- Permanent removal from the Outrnr platform
- Legal action in severe cases
7.3. We may require users to agree to additional terms or undergo antidiscrimination training to continue using the platform.
8. Reporting Discrimination
If you believe you have experienced or witnessed discrimination on our platform:
8.1. Document the incident as thoroughly as possible.
8.2. Report the incident to Outrnr immediately through one of the following methods:
- Using the "Report" button in the app or website

8.3. Provide as much detail as possible, including dates, times, and any relevant messages or screenshots.
8.4. Outrnr will review your report promptly and take appropriate action.

9.2. We regularly review and update our antidiscrimination initiatives to ensure they remain effective and relevant.
