4.1. Communicate clearly and promptly with other users.

4.2. Be polite and professional in all interactions.

4.3. Respect others' privacy and personal boundaries.

4.4. Use the Outrnr platform for all booking-related communication to ensure transparency and security.

5. Responsible Hosting and Guesting

5.1. Hosts: Ensure your property is clean, safe, and as described in your listing.

5.2. Guests: Respect the host's property and follow all house rules.

5.3. Be mindful of neighbors and the local community.

5.4. Follow check-in and check-out procedures as agreed upon.

6. Reviews and Feedback

6.1. Provide honest and constructive feedback in your reviews.

6.2. Do not use reviews to blackmail or extort others.

6.3. If you have an issue, try to resolve it directly with the other party before leaving a negative review.

7. Payments and Cancellations

7.1. Follow Outrnr's official payment processes. Never request or send payments outside the platform.
